Returns & Exchanges

All our products are made to order, so we don't offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect sizing. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll be happy to provide a replacement or refund.

Reporting Issues

To report a problem with your order, please email us at contact.hi@sweatygamer.support within 30 days of receiving the product. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. We'll assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for items that are defective, damaged, or misprinted. If your claim is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. To ensure the best fit, please refer to our sizing charts available on each product page before placing your order.
